How much notice do you need?
It can be tough to know when certain dates may become fully booked quickly. Thanks to our sizable team, it’s possible for us to accommodate multiple functions in a single day. We’d recommend that you secure your date as soon as possible since we take reservations on a first come, first served basis.
How do I get a quote?
Reach out to us any day of the week, 24 Hours a day! When you get in touch, one of our planners will follow up with you via email or phone to collect further information and create a tailored proposal.
How far will you travel for an event?
Our location in Birmingham makes it easy for customers from Northampton, Coventry, Milton Keynes and nearby towns to access our services. Even if you are from a distant area, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help. Depending on the scale of the event and the distance involved, it is possible that additional travel expenses for the staff may be incurred.
Do you do a delivery only service?
Yes we do! We charge a delivery fee to cover fuel and staff costs associated with the delivery.. The total cost of our services is dependent on the distance to your event, any specific logistics requirements with unloading, and the amount of set up needed. A separate fee may also be incurred if we have to come back after the event to pick up equipment.
What if there are special dietary requirements?
We understand that you may have special dietary restrictions, so we’re more than happy to create a tailored menu for your event. Whether it’s gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free or Kosher style food – just let us know and we’ll make sure to consider any allergies as well.
